Planning is underway for the next conference! We plan to return to our usual three-day, in-person format and be back at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel located at 555 South McDowell Street in Uptown Charlotte, NC. The conference is planned for October 3-5, 2022 . Save the date! Please check back soon for updates and use the Contact Us form if you have any questions. Early Bird Registration Ends Friday, Sept 16 Early Bird Registration for the Conference The 2022 UNC CAUSE Conference at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is just a few weeks away! Tomorrow Friday, September 16th, is the last day of Early Bird Registration, don’t miss the window to save $50 on the cost of registration! Register Today! The conference will kick off at 1:00pm Monday, October 3rd, and wraps up at 12:00pm Wednesday, October 5th. We have a full schedule of the conference on the conference website and it is loaded with great talks and relationship building opportunities. In addition, you can install the Sched App to access the conference. You will receive an email from Sched if you have officially registered for the conference. If you do not have an existing Sched account, be sure to sign up for Sched with the same email address you registered for the conference with! The conference schedule is comprised of the following tracks Customer Support & Engagement Infrastructure & Operations Innovation Leadership & Professional Development Security & Compliance Teaching & Learning Special Interest Group sessions Ma gician and speaker Nash Fung will deliver the keynote during lunch on Tuesday. He will share with us his insights concerning innovation while he entertains us! Proposal Review Underway! The 2022 UNC CAUSE Planning Committee Proposal Team is actively reviewing submissions. If you submitted a proposal look for a communication in the coming weeks concerning the status of your UNC CAUSE 2022 submission. Call for Proposals extended to June 10! Thanks to those of you who have already submitted proposals for the UNC CAUSE Conference this October! We have received many great submissions but would like to have even more! The conference is a reflection of our IT community in the UNC System, and we want to make sure you have an opportunity to share your ideas and strategies for supporting your campus. To give you more time to submit your ideas, we are extending the Call for Proposals to next Friday, June 10 ! Submit a presentation proposal Consider submitting a proposal within one of the following conference tracks! We are living in a changed world and we want to hear about lessons learned or improvements that have been made across all areas. We’re sure there are plenty of wonderful things to share and collaborate on this fall! We want to see more proposals across all tracks but we starred some that are currently low: Customer Support & Engagement* Infrastructure & Operations* Innovation Leadership & Professional Development Security & Compliance Teaching & Learning* Special Interest Group sessions If you have not submitted but have an interesting presentation idea, we strongly encourage you to submit one today.
